Examples of Trading Business Cooperation Agreements

Hereinafter referred to as the Second Party

For further between First Party and the Second Party has a cooperation agreement as well as the following provisions:

1. First Party Second Party entrust their goods on the consignment system. Both parties got (_30_)% of sales turnover of the first consignment.
2. The maximum number of storage of goods made to the Second Party First Party is the (__3__) item for each design.
3. First Party will assist the promotion of the Second Party, and vice versa.
4. Both parties reported sales results for the First Party every month, at the beginning of next month along with the submission of a profit of (_20_)% of sales turnover consignment First Party to the Second Party.

Thus the letter of the agreement we do to be a bond between us. Everything that is not contained in the indenture, information was shared between First Party and the Second Party to reach an agreement later in the day and automatically become an addendum to the agreement.

This agreement we do in full awareness and without coercion from anywhere. In case of dispute in the implementation of this agreement, we agreed to solve it by means of kinship and deliberation, but if it is not resolved well, we agreed to finish under applicable law.

Perkembangan Ekspor Indonesia

Sejak tahun 1987 ekspor Indonesia mulai didominasi oleh komoditi non migas dimana pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya masih didominasi oleh ekspor migas. Pergeseran ini terjadi setelah pemerintah mengeluarkan serangkaian kebijakan dan deregulasi di bidang ekspor, sehingga memungkinkan produsen untuk meningkatkan ekspot non migas. Pada tahun 1998 nilai ekspor non migas telah mencapai 83,88% dari total nilai ekspor Indonesia, sementara pada tahun 1999 peran nilai ekspor non migas tersebut sedikit menurun, menjadi 79,88% atau nilainya 38.873,2 juta US$ (turun 5,13%). Hal ini berkaitan erat dengan krisis moneter yang melanda indonesia sejak pertengahan tahun 1997. Tahun 2000 terjadi peningkatan ekspor yang pesat, baik untuk total maupun tanpa migas, yaitu menjadi 62.124,0 juta US$ (27,66) untuk total ekspor dan 47.757,4 juta US$ (22,85%) untuk non migas.
